Overview
We are excited to introduce a disruptive new feature that empowers you to retry sending messages that have failed due to frequency capping (FC).
What is Frequency Capping (FC)?
Frequency Capping (FC) is a limitation set by Meta that determines how many API messages can be sent to a user within a specific time frame. This limit is calculated using complex algorithms that take various factors into account. If this limit is exceeded, your message will not be delivered to the user.
We understand how frustrating it can be when messages fail due to FC. To address this, we’ve launched a new feature that allows you to retry sending failed messages.
How to Access and Use the Retry Feature
To use this feature, follow these simple steps:
  1. Select a Broadcast List: Navigate to your desired broadcast list.
  2. Click on Send Template: Initiate the process to send a template message.
  3. Enable/Disable Retry Option: Before sending the template, you will find a new module where you can enable or disable the option to retry sending messages that failed due to frequency capping.
This feature gives you greater control over your messaging, ensuring that your important communications have a better chance of reaching your audience even after an initial failure due to Frequency Capping
