Requesting a feature to get analytics of broadcast(Delivered, sent, failed etc. All status) from DoubleTick to their CRM in PopTalks through API, basically requesting a API Feature. Attached the details they require in their CRM.

need an integration between Zoho forms and double tick, to send notification, whenever the stages on the form is updated

Organisation Role creation should have a Role which restricts viewing all chats. Currently new role creation permits to view all chats of all members. Authenticated Sensitive messages like OTP's can be viewed by all Members/ Roles

Leads from CTWA - This is also important when a general message and Bot flow is required e.g. Name, City and some of the common feature. Kindly add this feature as well. Some how it got replaced with new feature directed for a specific ad campin.

Collect payments natively using WhatsApp's payment feature

I want to say that the numbers on which the bot is running should not receive any away messages. Suppose I have 100 numbers and I have sent the bot template to 50 people, then as long as the bot is running, those 50 numbers should not receive any away messages.

It would be helpful to add tooltip text (e.g., using the title attribute or a custom tooltip component) to buttons and icons in the UI. This would provide users with quick context or descriptions when they hover over an element, making the interface more intuitive and user-friendly. Got this Idea : Select action icon and mark chat as done looks very similar or they look a like which a normal user can't understand unless clicked.

If one team member is replying to a conversation, that will be shown to all team members that open the chat. This way they know someone else is in the middle of replying to a conversation

Needs a select all option in the chats section and broadcast list section. Benefit: Clients can filter out chats/broadcast list based on tags/custom fields and select all of them and do particular action(like delete all of them)

All the chats visible on Instagram chats must automatically be reflected on DoubleTick.
