Hi Team, I’ve noticed a limitation in the current chat search functionality that I believe could be improved. When I search for a word or phrase within the chat section, the tool only seems to search through the names of the people in the chat, not the actual conversation content. There are times when I recall saying something specific to a customer, but I can’t remember exactly who it was. In apps like WhatsApp, I can search for a keyword and it brings up the exact message across different chats — this kind of functionality would be really helpful here as well. It would be great if the search could include the message content, not just the customer names. This would make it much easier to locate specific interactions quickly and improve efficiency.
