Bot Studio Revamped

We are thrilled to unveil the newly revamped Bot Studio, designed to deliver not only enhanced functionality but also a superior user experience throughout your entire journey. The updated Bot Studio now offers more comprehensive information, allowing you to view the number of bot runs, see corresponding agent names, and easily access detailed bot logs. We’ve also introduced an improved filtration process, making it easier to manage your bots. You can now filter bots based on Agent, Status (Active/Inactive), WABAs, Number of Bot Runs (ascending/descending), and sort by Newest/Oldest or A-Z/Z-A.

These enhancements ensure that navigating and managing your bots is more streamlined and efficient, empowering you to get the most out of your Bot Studio experience.
