- Click on Custom Contact Fields
- Click on Add Field
- Enter a Field Name(e.g., "Services Booked" or "Interested Locations")
- Click the Field Type dropdown and select Multi-Select List
- Add yourfield values(e.g., Haircut, Manicure, Pedicure)
- Click Save
