DoubleTick users will now get the login OTP via email as well on the email address associated with their profile of DoubleTick.
To get the login OTP on email as well all you have to ensure is that your email is updated in your profile.
Steps to add/update your email:
Open DoubleTick > Settings > Your Profile > Click on the pencil icon and set your email by adding the correct email address.
