Here’s what you can do:
- View call logsunder the new Calls section
- Switch between call typessuch as All, Incoming, Outgoing, Declined, Callback, and Pending
- View Missed callsseparately
- Filter callsby All Calls or My Calls
- Filterfurther byTeam Member, Tag, Channel, and Date Range
- Review each call with the recording, transcript, and AI summary
- Downloadthe call recording
- Open the conversation directly from the call log using Open in Chat
