The Import WhatsApp Chat feature on DoubleTick allows you to seamlessly transfer your existing chats from WhatsApp to DoubleTick, making it easier to consolidate customer interactions and manage conversations from a single platform.
Note: The import process generally achieves an accuracy of 80-90% in transferring contacts
Steps to Import Chats from WhatsApp
Step 1:
Go to Settings- Open your DoubleTick dashboard
- Navigate to the Settings section
Step 2:
Select Import WhatsApp Chat- In the settings menu, find and click on the Import WhatsApp Chat option
Step 3:
Click on Start Import- Begin the import process by selecting Start Import
Step 4:
Enter Your Old WhatsApp Number- Input the phone number associated with your old WhatsApp account
- Choose the correct Profile and WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) on DoubleTick
Step 5
: Click Next- After entering your details, click on Next to proceed
Step 6
: Scan the QR Code- A QR code will appear on the screen. Use your old WhatsApp to scan it.
- After scanning, click Next to complete the import process.
After scanning the QR Code, your chat import will be completed successfully
