"Add Custom Field" Not found on Mobile View

I have a couple of custom attributes created for customer. But not all fields are visible on the Details Section. On the web we at least have the button to "Add Custom Field" so that the missing ones can be added and updated. But on mobile we are hit with a road block.
The support provided a work around. - First add the field on web with some dummy values and them go back to mobile to find them so that they can be updated. This is very tedious and practically impossible because all users don't use web and juggling between web and mobile sounds very funny and unproductive.
We need that button to be seen on mobile view as well.

Currently, while we are able to edit existing custom fields (customer attributes) via the mobile app, there is no option to add new custom fields directly from mobile. This limits our ability to create dynamic fields on the go, especially urgent updates.
We’d appreciate the ability to create new custom fields directly from the mobile app, similar to how it's done on the web platform. This would enhance flexibility and reduce dependency on desktop access for real-time updates.

Clarification:
We are not asking for the ability to create a new custom field. We know that is already possible on the mobile app.
The issue is that if a custom field exists but has not been filled for a particular customer, it does not appear in that customer's detail view on mobile. This means we cannot add a value to that field unless it was already used earlier.
This is especially important now because the Bot Studio allows us to remove a value from a custom field. Once we do that, the field disappears from the customer details, and we are unable to add it back again from mobile.
We are requesting the ability to view and populate all existing custom fields for a customer on the mobile app, even if they are currently empty. This would make customer data management from mobile more complete and reliable.
