I would like to request the following feature enhancements:

Customer Master:

Add a "Select All" option to allow easy selection of all customers at once.

Implement agent-wise filtering to enable filtering and viewing of customers based on the assigned agent.

Provide functionality to easily update additional attributes based on agent, allowing the update of specific fields or attributes and the ability to apply these updates to multiple customers at once with select all option

Bot Studio:

Implement agent-wise filtering for templates.

When a template is delivered, when the customer to click a button that triggers a specific message or action based on that particular agent.

These enhancements will streamline customer management, improve efficiency in updating customer information, and facilitate agent-specific actions in the bot workflow.
