We are facing a major issue in the DoubleTick App.

When a customer sends an image along with text, the text often contains their address and other important information that we need to copy for order processing.

However, when the image and text are sent together, there is no Copy option, and we are unable to copy the text.

As a result, we have to manually type all the information again. This is causing a significant amount of time loss for us and our team members and making our daily work much more difficult.

Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible and include a solution in one of the upcoming updates.

When a customer sends an image and text together, we currently cannot copy the text because there is no Copy button.

Please add a Copy button for text messages sent along with images, so we can easily copy the customer's address and other information.
