I give you an example, if you check our control panel, there is broadcast list with the name of Test.

Customer name: 007 - Mr. Sunil ( S ) - Ludhiana ( PB )

Phone Number: +919316971000

But actually customer name is Mr. Sunil

007 - Mr. Sunil ( S ) - Ludhiana ( PB ) is his customer id in our system to know to whom we r talking to.

While we send msg from template, there is option to select the name we want to use, and there it selects 007 - Mr. Sunil ( S ) - Ludhiana ( PB )

How can we resolve this issue ?
