DoubleTick: A Big Disappointment Instead of an Upgrade

We feel completely stuck with DoubleTick. What was expected to be an upgrade has turned out to be a waste of time.

Even the most basic feature like search is missing, and our team spends hours just trying to locate old chats.

We moved from WhatsApp Business App to the API version with the hope of a smoother and more powerful experience, but the reality has been the opposite. Simple functionalities such as bot trigger from images are also not available.

Without such essentials, the software feels more like a setback than an improvement. After all, what is the point of bots if we cannot even filter and manage potential leads effectively?

Even the most basic CRMs available free of cost provide a search option, but here it is missing. This is not how professional software is built. In fact, even Bigin CRM performs far better in comparison.
