Multi Select Field Functionality in both Integration with Third Party as well as Importing and Mapping Data

While our Integration with Zoho, we faced a few issues while mapping a Multi select field in Doubletick. It can be made more effective and can be added in more functions.
- Conversion of Multi Select Field into a Single Pick List
- Integration of Multi Select Field with 3rd Party Integrations eg: Zoho
- While Importing and Mapping of Fields, If a Text Field/Single Pick List can map against a Multi Select Field if the Values match.
