I’d like to suggest a new feature that would be very useful for many users —

Currently, there is no trigger option based on tags.

If you could implement a trigger that activates automation or actions whenever a tag is added or removed, it would make workflow management much easier and more efficient for users who organize leads using tags.

This feature will help automate follow-ups, lead segmentation, and status-based communication directly from the CRM.

Hoping this can be considered in your upcoming updates.
