our templates and bots have a lot of man hours invested into them, and they have been refined multiple times to their current state.

If your privacy policy does not allow back ups, the user should be able to have a back up to access them in case of a glitch / mis-happening.

When we use multiple bots and if theres any technical error in the backend or if accidentally we hit delete button, theres a chance of losing the entire data and we have no user end option to regain them. So introduce a File Backup feature that would be both beneficial to doubletick and its clients.

half of templates have gone missing .. and i only came to know when bots stopped firing midstream. 
i have know idea in which direction i should build my system. 
please suggest.
