We feel completely stuck with DoubleTick. Basic, essential features are missing, and this is slowing down our entire system. Instead of improving our workflow, it is consuming our time and reducing productivity.
If these improvements cannot be implemented promptly, we will be forced to evaluate other CRM and WhatsApp API providers that offer the necessary functionality.

Strongly agree. I purchased the 3 years of subscription but many of the features offered by the competitors are very highly priced here on DoubleTick.
I have been working with multiple vendors and DoubleTick is one of the costliest with many features locked up for an extra amount.
In business, evaluating the expenses is one of the most important criteria and it wouldn't come as a surprise when most people would opt for alternative. I've raised this issue multiple times with DT but falls on deaf ears and coz of that I had to suggest about roughly 350 high ticket customers to other vendors.
