I sincerely appreciate your great work on the platform. I just wanted to share a small request — sometimes the bot response seems a bit slow, and the flow stops or breaks mid-way. If possible, kindly look into improving the response speed and ensuring smoother, non-breakable flows.

We’ve been using your interactive bot feature and noticed that responses are taking around 10–12 seconds, which feels quite delayed during real-time conversations. When we tested similar platforms, responses came within 2–5 seconds, making the interaction feel much smoother. We really like using DoubleTick, so we kindly request if the response time can be improved for a better user experience.
