Kindly restart AD Insights feature in our plan as we have been using DoubleTick from a very long time and AD Insights was already a part of our PRO Plan, However, without informing us the feature has been locked.
Professional companies generally adds the features in the existing products for free, but on the contrary you have removed the existing feature, this disappointed us .

DoubleTick has left us completely stuck, and instead of being an upgrade, it has become a major setback for our workflow.
Essential features like search are missing, forcing us to waste valuable time every day just to locate old chats. We moved from the WhatsApp Business App to the API expecting a smoother and more efficient experience, but the reality has been the exact opposite.
Even basic functionalities, such as triggering bots from images, simply don’t work.
Without these fundamental features, the entire experience feels disappointing and counterproductive. What’s the purpose of automation and bots if we can’t even filter, organize, or manage leads properly?
Overall, the platform has slowed us down instead of helping us grow.
