Situation-Lets say I have Team leads T1 ( only see assigned chats) and T2 (only see assigned chats), and team members M1, M2, M3 (under T1) and M4, M5, M6 (Under T2). Now I as an owner assign leads to T1 and he further assigns it to M1.

Condition-Now as per the scalar chain T1 should have access to M1's chats and leads.

Problem- As soon as T1 assigns the lead to M1 ,T1 losses the access to lead.

I want different team leads to function discretely and without any access to leads other than their own and their teams

Conclusion- A team lead ( can see only assigned chats) should be able to check leads assigned to him and his team
