Want to Media sent through 'Send Template' API functionality.

Currently, when sending media through the API, the media file must be provided via a publicly accessible URL. I would like the ability to upload a media file directly from my local system and have the API fetch and send the file without requiring it to be hosted on an external URL.

This enhancement would simplify the media sending process without publicly accessible hosting location for my files.
