When sending a template from Bot Studio, can it be based on input (like template name). For example, if the trigger is "new row google sheet" and if that row also has the template name to be sent to the customer, that particular template can be selected in the "send template" node.

our templates and bots have a lot of man hours invested into them, and they have been refined multiple times to their current state. If your privacy policy does not allow back ups, the user should be able to have a back up to access them in case of a glitch / mis-happening.

Currently, the bot studio proceeds only if all specified conditions (AND logic) are met. The proposed feature allows the bot studio to proceed if any one of multiple conditions (OR logic) is satisfied. If none are met, the bot studio returns to the previous step. This enhances flexibility by supporting either condition satisfaction.

A dedicated component that will help users ask the location of their customers in the Bot Studio
