Bulk Keyword Management for Bot Builder
Currently, adding keyword triggers in the Bot Builder is a strictly manual, one-by-one process—click, type, save, repeat. For businesses like ours that require 50 to 200+ keywords, this results in hours of tedious work and introduces a high risk of human error. This limitation is the #1 obstacle preventing us from building robust, production-ready keyword bots on DoubleTick today. What We're Asking For To make the Bot Builder scalable for serious business use, we propose adding the following bulk management capabilities: Import Keywords from File: Introduce an "Import" button allowing users to upload a simple .txt or .csv file. The system should parse the file and automatically populate all keywords. Export Keywords to File: Allow users to download their active keyword lists. This enables quick off-platform editing and re-uploading, saving users from having to delete and retype everything to make bulk changes. Bulk Paste Entry: Add a multi-line text box where users can simply paste 50+ keywords at once (either one per line or comma-separated) for instant addition. Reusable Keyword Groups: Allow users to save specific sets of keywords as a "Keyword Pack," enabling them to instantly deploy standard trigger groups across multiple bots without starting from scratch. Simple CSV Format Example: Code snippet keyword, partial_match cable clip, YES MCB box, NO price list, YES ball valve, YES Why This Matters Without bulk management, DoubleTick's bots are realistically only viable for small-scale businesses with 5–10 keywords. By implementing these features, DoubleTick will immediately unlock its platform for wholesalers, retailers, and agencies managing extensive product catalogs. Allowing users to build comprehensive, professional bots with ease will significantly strengthen DoubleTick's competitive edge against platforms like WATI, Interakt, and AiSensy. We are highly motivated to see this workflow improve and would be more than happy to beta-test this feature once it's ready. Please consider prioritizing this for your next development update.

Add Bulk Keyword Import in Bot Builder
The Problem Right now, if I want to add keywords (triggers) in the Bot Builder, I have to add them one by one — click, type, save, repeat. For businesses like ours that need 50 to 200+ keywords, this takes hours and causes mistakes. This is the #1 reason we can't build a proper keyword bot on DoubleTick today. What We're Asking For Import keywords from a file Add an "Import Keywords" button where I can upload a simple .txt or .csv file with all my keywords listed. The system should read the file and add all keywords automatically. Export keywords to a file Let me download my existing keyword list as a file so I can edit it and re-upload — instead of deleting and retyping everything. Paste multiple keywords at once Add a text box where I can paste 50 keywords at one time (one per line or comma-separated), and the system adds them all automatically. Save keyword groups for reuse Let me save a set of keywords as a "Keyword Pack" so I can reuse it in other bots without importing again. Simple CSV format example: keyword, partial_match cable clip, YES MCB box, NO price list, YES ball valve, YES Why This Matters Without this feature, DoubleTick bots only work well for businesses with 5–10 keywords. With it, wholesalers, retailers, and agencies with large product catalogs can finally build full, professional bots — making DoubleTick much stronger vs. WATI, Interakt, and AiSensy. We're happy to help test this feature once it's ready. Please consider this for your next update.

Feature Request: Bulk Trigger Import via CSV/TXT File Upload in Bot Builder
Dear DoubleTick Product Team, I am writing to formally request a critical feature addition to the DoubleTick Bot Builder platform that would significantly improve usability for businesses building keyword-heavy static bots. --- 🔴 PROBLEM STATEMENT Currently, triggers (keywords) in the Bot Builder's "Starting Point" node must be added one-by-one through the UI. Each keyword requires a manual click on "Add Keyword +", typing the word, and saving. For businesses that need 50–200+ triggers (e.g., product names, SKU codes, category keywords, FAQ shortcuts), this process is: • Extremely time-consuming (30–60 seconds per keyword) • Error-prone due to manual typing • A bottleneck that makes building comprehensive static bots practically impossible • A barrier to bot adoption for SMB and wholesale businesses with large product catalogs This single limitation is preventing us from developing fully functional static keyword bots on your platform. --- ✅ FEATURE REQUESTED: Bulk Trigger Import via File Upload We request the following features be added to the Bot Builder: IMPORT TRIGGERS FROM TXT / CSV FILE - Add an "Import Keywords" button in the Starting Point node - Accept a plain .txt file (one keyword per line) OR a .csv file (column: keyword) - System parses the file and auto-populates all keywords into the trigger list - Optional: allow setting "Partially Match" toggle per keyword in the CSV (column: partial_match = TRUE/FALSE) EXPORT EXISTING TRIGGERS TO FILE - Allow exporting current trigger list as .txt or .csv for backup and editing - This enables edit → re-import workflow for bulk modifications BULK EDIT / PASTE MODE - Add a "Bulk Edit" text area where user can paste multiple keywords (comma-separated or newline-separated) - System splits and creates individual trigger entries automatically TRIGGER LIBRARY / REUSABLE TRIGGER SETS - Allow saving a set of triggers as a named "Trigger Library" - Reuse across multiple bots without re-importing every time --- 📋 SAMPLE CSV FORMAT (Suggested) keyword,partial_match cable clip,TRUE wall plug,TRUE MCB box,FALSE ball valve,TRUE bib cock,FALSE price list,TRUE --- 💡 BUSINESS IMPACT This feature is especially critical for: • Wholesale distributors with 40–100+ product SKUs • Retailers with seasonal catalog changes requiring frequent trigger updates • Agencies managing multiple client bots simultaneously • Any business building a static FAQ or menu-driven bot Without bulk import, the Bot Builder remains suited only for simple 5–10 keyword bots. With this feature, DoubleTick can serve the full spectrum of SMB automation use cases and become significantly more competitive vs. alternatives like WATI, Interakt, and AiSensy. --- We strongly urge the Product team to prioritize this in the upcoming sprint. I am happy to participate in beta testing or provide sample data files for development validation. Thank you for your time and consideration.
