Im using Manychat from 3-4 years, havent face such issues on bot edits. the bot continues to all the users from where they are. BUt in your case after edit, the users are left nowhere in the flow . This function is must have, as our ongoing bots we need to make changes as and when required. but when we make the changes this message comes and ongoing bots gets paused, . "There are already ongoing flows of this bot. If you edit this bot and save, those flows will not continue." So all the users who are in the flow are remained helpless, and to message them to the flow individually is a not possible. Please solve this thing asap, im sure its a problem which is faced by hundreds of customers!

I want to say that the numbers on which the bot is running should not receive any away messages. Suppose I have 100 numbers and I have sent the bot template to 50 people, then as long as the bot is running, those 50 numbers should not receive any away messages.

Dear Double Tick Team, I sincerely appreciate your great work on the platform. I just wanted to share a small request — sometimes the bot response seems a bit slow, and the flow stops or breaks mid-way. If possible, kindly look into improving the response speed and ensuring smoother, non-breakable flows.

In bot studio need tag trigger also add and remove tag option is in Actions but need as trigeer also

We have multiple WaBa account linked within an org. Currently there is no way to arrange custom fields / attributes. We drive lots of bot logics with these custom fields / attributes. For team it is really tough to manage them.

I would like to request the following features: Automatic County Assignment Based on Country Code: A feature that automatically assigns a county to each contact based on the country code in the contact’s information. This feature would detect the country code and assign the corresponding county from a predefined list, streamlining the process and reducing manual data entry errors. Multiple Country Selection Option in Bot Studio: In the Bot Studio, I request an option to define multiple countries that can be associated with specific salesmen (Based on IN option). For example, if a message comes from one of five specified countries, it can be automatically assigned to a specific salesman based on the country of origin. This would enhance the routing of messages, ensuring the correct salesman handles inquiries from relevant regions. Additionally, please refer to the attached image from one of your competitors, which demonstrates a similar feature implementation. This could provide insight into how the functionality could be integrated. These features will greatly improve efficiency in managing contacts and sales leads. Please let me know if additional information is needed for these requests. Thank you for your attention to these suggestions.

We want to have a feature which will allow the bot to exit the flow. Something like a trigger that can exit the flow and not interfere the agent discussion with client
