Hello DoubleTick Team, A basic CRM must provide a search option to quickly locate any data — orders, chats and customer interactions. Your system currently lacks this capability, which is causing major problems with our order filtering and processing. We are unable to search orders efficiently and this is disrupting operations. We request the immediate development and deployment of a robust search engine that includes: Keyword search across orders, chat messages and customer profiles; Filters such as Order ID, Customer Name, Date Range, Product, Order Status; Ability to search chat transcripts and attachments (if feasible); Reasonable response times and role-based access control.
