If we can send a question or bulk broadcast message to all unread chats, then whoever replies will automatically help us filter quality leads. This will save a lot of time because we won’t need to open every message manually. Creating a Broadcast List for Unread Messages will greatly improve productivity. Requesting the DoubleTick Developer Team to kindly add this feature.

Hi Team, Please add an option to completely disable the large chat popup widget on the website. I want to keep only the small floating WhatsApp icon that directly opens a pre-filled message when clicked. Kindly provide a setting or toggle that allows hiding the popup box entirely.

We want sticky notes added at every stage of the customer journey based on the follow-up attribute for that customer. This will help our jewellery consultants know exactly which parameters they need to follow up on, and it will make their work much easier and smoother.

Overall Experience We feel completely stuck with DoubleTick. Basic, essential features are missing, and this is slowing down our entire system. Instead of improving our workflow, it is consuming our time and reducing productivity. If these improvements cannot be implemented promptly, we will be forced to evaluate other CRM and WhatsApp API providers that offer the necessary functionality.

Missing or Non-Functional Core Features We switched from WhatsApp Business App to WhatsApp API through DoubleTick expecting a stronger, more automated system — unfortunately, the experience has been the exact opposite. Order Search & Filtering Issues A basic CRM must have a proper search option to filter, track, and manage orders efficiently. Currently, DoubleTick lacks keyword search and proper filtering in the order section as well, which is causing operational delays and confusion. Hello DoubleTick Team, We are facing serious limitations with the platform, and it has now reached a point where our daily workflow is being heavily impacted. Instead of being an upgrade, DoubleTick has become a major setback for our business operations. Critical Issue: No Keyword-Based Search in Chats As of now, users can only search chats by name or number. This is extremely restrictive. We receive thousands of inquiries every day, and without the ability to search specific keywords within chat messages, it becomes almost impossible to locate important conversations. In WhatsApp, a simple keyword search shows the exact message across all chats — this is a basic feature in any modern communication system or CRM. Without it, we end up wasting hours scrolling through conversations just to find one message. We request the immediate development of a chat search system that can: Search within chat message content, not just customer names Locate specific keywords or phrases across all chats Allow filters like date, message type, and sender This is essential for a business handling large volumes of interactions every day.

Can there be a feature which puts Restrictions on editing certain fields and keeping the rest unchanged? Like as per assigned WABA/Org Roles, team members can change certain fields and rest remain unchanged. Currently its either access all or restrict all.
