We are facing an operational issue while reassigning numbers when an employee leaves the organization. Currently, when a team member exits and we assign the same number to a new employee, the system requires OTP verification on the old email ID to update it. Since the old employee no longer has access or is no longer associated with us, it is not possible to retrieve or verify the OTP. To avoid this dependency, we request one of the following solutions: An Owner/Admin-level option to update or change the email ID directly without requiring OTP verification from the old email, or When an account is removed and a new account invitation is created, the system should automatically update and bind the new email ID to the number without referencing the old email. This enhancement is important to ensure smooth onboarding, reduce dependency on former employees, and avoid operational delays.
