Contact Number masking in customer details to protect privacy of client
There must be a permission for the team members where we can hide(entirely Masked or initial 6 digits masked and last 4 digits visible ) contact details to protect the privacy of customer from team members. Also when we click on particular customer (Name of contact) then chat with that particular customer must be opened.

Adding multiple customers in broadcast channel at a time in Double tick mobile app feature should be enabled. It would be helpful.

Adding Customers after filtering them through "All Customers" and sending them directly to a Broadcast list
There should be an option when we are filtering customers in "All Customers" section, after the filter is applied, it can send the list to an already created broadcast list. Instead of "Creating a new segment"

Merge lists in the customer segment. The merged lists will have distinct values from all the merged lists so that a broadcast list can be made out of it.

Sending of a message to an Individual user upon clicking on their contact in the Customer Segment.
Currently upon clicking the mobile number which turns green when cursor hovers and upon clicking it is redirecting to open a new application. (Maybe redirecting to the DT App). Since I'm using the dashboard from my browser, it should take me to the chat of the user.
